ShineLong has 12 QC memebers. I would like to introduce their major duties to you. Through my introduction, you can have a clearer understanding of how our company controls the product quality.
QC Manager: Responsible for managing the QC department, participating in supplier evaluation, and formulating product inspection standards.
QC Assistant: Conducts tests on orders including IES, integrating sphere, vibration, drop, waterproof, dimming, and other tests.

IQC: Performs random sampling inspections on all incoming materials according to a certain ratio to ensure they meet company standards.

 

QE: Assists customers with factory audits and inspections, handles customer issues, and provides 8D analysis reports.

 

IPQC: Inspects first samples to ensure compliance with company standards. Monitors the production process to ensure employees follow SOP. Handles non-conforming products by arranging rework or scrapping them promptly.
